Return & Replacement Policy

At LAVNA Locks, we strive to ensure that every customer receives high-quality, reliable smart locks. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you face any issue with your product, we are here to help with a smooth and transparent return or replacement process.


1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

A. Damaged or Defective Product

·       If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not working, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

·       We will arrange an inspection or request a short video showing the issue.

B. Wrong Product Delivered

·       If you receive a different product or model than what you ordered, we will replace it without any extra cost.

C. Manufacturing Issues

·       If the smart lock shows manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or quality issues within the warranty period, our team will assist with repair or replacement based on the warranty terms.


2. Non-Returnable Conditions

A return or replacement will not be approved if:

·       The product is physically damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or negligence.

·       The product is used, shows signs of wear, or has been installed and removed.

·       The original packaging, accessories, or bill is missing.

·       The issue is related to Wi-Fi, network, or app connectivity caused by the customer’s router or phone settings. 


3. Installation-Related Issues

·       Most problems are resolved through remote support or by sending a technician.

·       If installation is done by an unauthorised person and damage occurs, the product will not qualify for replacement.


4. Warranty Support

All LAVNA smart locks come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

·       Warranty includes repair/part replacement.

·       Physical damage or tampering is not covered.

5. Important Notes

·       Do not open, tamper, or attempt to repair the product yourself.

·       Keep the original box and packaging until the return window closes.

·       Refund or replacement will only be issued after quality verification.
