1. On-Site Warranty

LAVNA provides On-Site Warranty Support. If a covered issue arises, our technician will visit your location to inspect, repair, or replace the lock as needed. We Provide On-Site Warranty support in 20+ cities across India.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All LAVNA Locks come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period we will ,Repair or Replace the parts with the refurbished one.

What’s Covered                      

  • Our warranty covers the following: Faulty internal components
  • Functional failures not caused by physical damage
  • Software malfunction (LAVNA app-related access issues)
  • Fingerprint sensor or access method issues due to hardware fault
  • Connectivity failures (Wi-Fi or bluetooth) if not caused by user environment

What’s Not Covered              

  • Our warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, fire, water contact, or external factors
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Issues resulting from improper installation (if not installed by LAVNA-authorized personnel).
  • Wear and tear from normal use (e.g., faded buttons, minor noise)
  • Damage from power surges or external electrical faults
  • Battery leakage or issues caused by low-quality batteries
